Bridge for Youth
For nearly a decade, we have provided a weekly tutoring program that matches our employees with teenage girls and boys, with the aim of providing educational support. We host life-skills workshops, events, and panels to give teenagers the necessary tools for success. Our executives provide daily support for the organizations’ management in operations, strategy, fundraising, marketing, etc. Our Chief People Officer, Neta Feller, serves as a Board Member.
We support Appleseed’s vision to promote digital equality. Our employees regularly volunteer with the NGO, including lectures, workshops, practical training in various technological fields, and ongoing strategic consultancy. We also take part in developing Appleseeds’ Tech Bootcamp, with several alumni joining our team full-time.
Making a difference
in the LGBTQ community
For over four years, we have provided holistic support to the ״Ma’avarim – Israeli Trans Community”. The NGO operates from our offices and receives professional and strategic advancement. Our team offers daily mentorship to the CEO, supports the NGO’s professional workshops and employment center, and provides day-to-day assistance.
Our long-standing partnership with LGBTech, allows us to promote equal rights in the high-tech industry. We host the NGO’s events, promote the LGBTQ-positive agenda internally, were the first to sign the Israel Diversity Standard agreement, and created a promotional video to urge other companies to support it. Our Chief People Officer, Neta Feller, sits on the board of LGBTech
We nurture an ongoing collaboration with “The Aguda – The Association for LGBTQ Equality in Israel”, including donations, event hosting, and professional workshops.
We were the first company in Israel to offer a surrogacy fund for LGBTQ employees. Many other companies followed our lead, and the initiative spread through the industry.

Our LGBTQ Employee Forum hosts introductory events for sharing, promoting initiatives, and discussions regarding our relationship with the community.
Empowering women to lead & excel
“Shavot” foundation is working to empower teenage girls in developing positive self-esteem. We have been adopting the NGO’s activity in the city of Bat-Yam, in tutoring, mentoring, event hosting, and workshops. Our women employees participate in the NGO’s annual flagship event “The Israeli Girl’s Week” and we host the project’s operations headquarters at our offices.
We are devoted to creating real gender equality, starting with our women employees. Women make up 50% of our company, of which 40% are managers, more than double the average in Israeli high-tech. We ambitiously aim to reach 45% women managers by 2025.
Our “Naturaliot” Women Mentoring Program, connects managerial and non-managerial female employees, and our “NInjas” women’s forum supports our employees’ professional and personal growth. We provide a platform for women’s initiatives by hosting meetups and workshops and featuring women in professional panels and on our media channels. We have also created hiring, promoting, and development strategies that will be implemented in the company over the next few years, and we make sure all of our internal and external communications are gender-inclusive.
We encourage our parent employees, mothers, and fathers alike, to share both professional and parental responsibilities. For that reason, we allow fluid hours and short working days.
Our actions speak louder than words
NI employees are rounding down their monthly salaries in donations to support NGO’s of their choosing. As contributors to the foundation, 35K NIS were “rounded-up” in 2021 for a variety of causes.
Our company regularly donates funds to NGOs and associations, such as LGBTQ organizations, women’s organizations, associations for sick children, youth at risk, and many more. We encourage our employees to suggest foundations and NGOs they identify with, to which the company will donate the remainder of the annual donation budget.
As a major employer in the Israeli high-tech industry, we developed a social impact plan to bridge gender, technological and social gaps to promote equal opportunities in our community. In line with our corporate commitment, each employee is encouraged to volunteer for at least 1% of their time in various social initiatives.
