Responsibilities

  • Build a new web development team of top talent engineers, for a new strategic product
  • Mentor the growing team of developers, build processes and guide them to produce high quality and high performance code, while still coding 30% of the time
  • Deliver new features end-to-end on our web-based system facilitating top-notch technologies and practices
  • Discover and develop new technologies and lead scalable, secured and sustainable architecture solutions design, while maximizing development efficiency
  • Collaborating with the business and product teams to translate business needs into systems solutions through business/ technology analysis
  • Delivering features on time to meet our business goals, with high transparency and predictability

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as team leader with proven management experience in building and leading a winning development team
  • 5+ years of experience in a production distributed web environment, with both backend and frontend solutions, performance optimizations, monitoring, tools and trends in the frontend world
  • Strong knowledge of architectural principles, coding standards, design patterns and best practices
  • Experience and strong knowledge of fullstack technologies: Node.JS, web scripting languages, HTML5, CSS3, React, AngularJS, JavaScript, GraphQL, Serverless, ES7
  • Ability to work efficiently in a demanding fast paced innovation and incubation environment

  • Lead and coordinate cross-department initiatives, including sales, client management, marketing, product, analytics, finance, legal and content
  • Establish financial and operating targets and ensure alignment with the strategic plan

Responsibilities:

  • Create a new product domain within Natural Intelligence’s fastest growing area
  • Lead the analysis, definition and prioritization of the development of Lead-Generation product in the consumer finance domain
  • Consolidate business, media acquisition, data and operational requirements into the product definition, creation and launch
  • Define the entire user funnel and work with Dev to build and evolve the product
  • Identify new product/funnel enhancement opportunities - funnel improvement, performance, feature enhancements etc.
  • Develop features/funnel testing strategies to improve ROI and perform analysis and A/B testing for product optimization

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager in an internet/online company
  • Analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and analyze data and drive conclusions
  • Experience building user funnels and knowledge of Lead-Generation products
  • Experience in Financial Services products preferably in the Mortgage and Loans fields
  • Strong UI/X orientation and hands on experience working with designers
  • Experience in performing conversion optimization at a high scale – from building data driven hypotheses through A/B testing and results analysis to implementation
