We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can identify what taps into our users’ minds and create high-quality content to boost performance and positively impact the user experience. The ideal candidate isn’t just an excellent writer; they work well in a team, can juggle a heavy workload under tight deadlines - and, above all, are self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strategic and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines across multiple websites and landing pages’ content on an ongoing basis
  • Write excellent UX copy and website content that taps into user needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, content marketing best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for the optimization of existing content
  • Ideate and execute a data-driven, innovative content strategy that aligns with the business needs and exceeds the unit’s targets
  • Use analytics and methods such as A/B testing to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of content initiatives.
  • Collaborate and communicate efficiently with cross-industry business stakeholders (business development, product, design, marketing, and others)
  • See the bigger picture: Understand how each action and piece of content ripples through our ecosystem

Requirements

  • Native English speaker - a must
  • 2+ years of experience working in content marketing/writing and/or editing
  • Experience with content strategy, creation, and optimization, as well as using A/B testing and analytics tools to measure online performance KPIs and PPC
  • A creative storyteller with top-notch writing, proofreading, and editing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to seamlessly work in a team with multiple stakeholders and ability to manage numerous competing priority tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strategic and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience working with a CMS and GenAI tools - advantage
  • Experience managing content for fintech industries in the USA market - advantage
