Product Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary goal of this role is to accelerate the efficiency of the entire product team by streamlining critical routine tasks, ensuring that our product unit is optimally configured for scalable growth with minimal friction. This pivotal position plays a key role in empowering product delivery through the strategic collection and analysis of user feedback, providing meaningful insights that drive product innovation and success.


  • Facilitate User-Centric Workflows: Implement workflows and routines that place a strong emphasis on understanding and addressing user/customer needs. Ensure that these insights are at the forefront of the product development process, guiding the team's focus and priorities.
  • Deep Dive into User Behavior Analysis: Spearhead efforts to analyze user behavior, leveraging data to gain deep insights into what users truly need and want. Use these insights to inform product strategies, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and highly relevant.
  • Empower Product Teams with User Insights: Act as the conduit for transferring knowledge about user needs and behaviors to product managers, designers, and content managers. Ensure they have the data and insights necessary to make informed decisions that will enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
  • Promote a User-Centric Culture: Foster a company-wide culture that values user feedback and behavior analysis as key drivers of product development. Encourage collaboration and open communication between product teams and users, ensuring our products continue to meet and exceed the evolving needs of our users.


  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adept at problem-solving, with a keen ability to implement solutions that enhance productivity and facilitate scalable growth.
  • Familiarity with product management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in product development and operations.
