Product Operations Manager

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for a talented Product Operations Manager to join us on our mission to simplify decision-making for millions!
What You'll Do
You will act as the operational bridge between Product and Business teams, serving as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for product-related operations while ensuring continuous alignment between product priorities and business objectives. You will own and drive cross-functional Product and Business OKRs, collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, and take hands-on responsibility for building, managing, and maintaining the company’s websites. This role requires thoughtful, efficient execution and a strategic mindset, proactively suggesting solutions and alternatives that align with long-term product strategy and broader business goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Managers as a strategic co-pilot to support and execute the product strategy
- Lead, manage and support strategic product and operational initiatives
- Own end-to-end rollout of new and existing product capabilities, ensuring readiness and smooth deployment.
- Bridge business and product teams, aligning cross-departmental needs with product capabilities and delivery timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business, R&D, Content, Design, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution and outcomes
- Manage a variety of cross-unit projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
- Oversee and maintain company websites across multiple platforms, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Create, manage, and analyze user segments and A/B tests, driving data-informed product and business decisions
- Operate effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment, contributing to continuous process improvement and operational scalability
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to understand business and product KPIs and performance metrics
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to question assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and propose better solutions
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project management and execution skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
