What You'll Do

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative person who is in love with creating unforgettable images and holistic concepts that make a powerful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design unique images for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage A/B testing processes from A to Z by working closely with campaign managers.
  • Analyze social media trends constantly and implement these insights into your designs.
  • Work closely with the Copywriter, Design Studio, and Video Studio to create sharp, data-driven creatives.
  • Conduct vertical-based overviews and utilize creative data to monetize creative asset results.
  • Exercise strong judgment in refining AI outputs into performance-ready designs.

Requirements

  • English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Art Director in a large advertising agency.
  • Design Tools (Must-Have): Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience working with fintech customers – a big plus.
  • Hands-on experience using AI creative tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Gemini, Sora, Flux, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Pika, Luma) to produce real-world marketing assets – a big plus.
  • Previous experience in creating social media imagery.
  • Portfolio featuring AI-based projects (process, outputs, or final assets) – a big plus.
  • Experience in creating campaigns for social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
  • Ability to work effectively within a large team.
  • Experience in growth/performance marketing – a big plus.
