Senior User Acquisition Manager

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team and drive high-impact campaigns across leading social platforms.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead large-scale, multi-channel campaigns that reach millions of users worldwide. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, and support a team of social user acquisition managers
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms
- Set KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of performance targets
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment and drive growth
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a university – required
- Preferred fields of study include: Exact sciences (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics), Economics, Statistics, Psychology, PPE.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on one of the leading social platforms is required.
- Facebook – mandatory. Experience with TikTok and YouTube – an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High proficiency in English – both written and spoken
- Preferred: Experience with Reddit or native advertising platforms

- Experience in fast-paced, data-driven performance marketing environments
- Familiarity with attribution tools and user journey analysis
- Passion for building and scaling user acquisition strategies from scratch
