Learning & Development Manager

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for a creative, data-driven, and people-oriented Learning & Development Manager to join our People Department and lead the organizational development strategy and learning culture, empowering our employees and leaders to grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Organizational Development

  • Lead the organizational development strategy aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
  • Design leadership development programs across all levels
  • Manage mentoring programs and executive coaching processes with internal and external partners
  • Lead core organizational processes: Engagement Surveys, Performance Reviews, 360 Feedback
  • Analyze organizational survey data to identify insights and drive decision-making
  • Support culture-building initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Learning & Development

  • Promote a continuous learning culture and identify opportunities to enhance employee growth
  • Manage the annual Learning & OD work plan, including needs analysis, planning, content development, vendor and budget management
  • Own the development and delivery of key learning programs such as onboarding, employee development pathways, and manager learning journeys
  • Design, develop, and curate engaging learning solutions, including workshops, blended learning, e-learning modules, webinars, job aids, and on-the-job training
  • Analyze learning data and feedback to optimize program effectiveness
  • Lead the adoption of AI-based tools in learning processes, including training, usage insights, and onboarding of new tools


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development, preferably in a high tech environment
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing development programs and organizational processes
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner - an advantage
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • High tech and AI orientation, including hands-on experience implementing AI tools – strong advantage
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Hebrew
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze survey and learning data, extract insights, and present them to senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development (Master’s preferred).
