We strongly believe that every person should have equal rights and opportunities regardless of their ethnicity, sexuality, gender or beliefs both in and out of the workplace.
This is how we take action to ensure a diverse and accepting work environment.
LGBT+

Subsidized surrogacy
We adhere to the Statement of Principles for inclusiveness and treatment of the LGBT+ community. We were among the first organizations to sign up.

Israel Diversity Standard
We are a Platinum Partner, actively involved in events and activities. We made a video about the Israel Diversity Standard encouraging other organizations to join, and ran a Pride campaign.

LGBTech
Pride flags are displayed throughout our offices, especially during Pride Tel Aviv. LGBT+ employees are invited to monthly gatherings to share their experiences.

Open and welcoming
We donate to charities that actively support LGBT+ rights.
