The Role

We're looking for a curious, inventive, and impact-driven Visual Designer to join our Product Unit and help us shape the future of performance-led creative. Who has the skills to turn an ordinary asset into something magnetic. Conceptually thinker, who tells visual stories, and isn’t afraid to challenge creative conventions — especially in a world where attention is the rarest currency.

You’ll design for campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, and PMax, but also help us reimagine product-facing assets that connect with users inside our websites. And more importantly — you’ll help us rethink how we work, bringing in new AI tools and workflows that make us faster, sharper, and more relevant.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce video content and static assets for paid marketing campaigns promoting our brands across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and PMax
  • Create visual assets that support product marketing initiatives – including onboarding, feature announcements, product landing pages, and more
  • Lead and contribute to the creative ideation process – from initial concept to final execution – with a focus on streamlining workflows through AI tools
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketers, product managers, copywriters, and analysts to test, optimize, and improve campaign and product creatives
  • Innovate through the use of AI-based creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Sora, Veo, GPT, Runway) as part of your daily workflow
  • Stay informed on design trends and emerging tools to ensure best-in-class creative output


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing marketing content – especially video and visual assets for paid campaigns and/or product-related communications
  • Solid motion design and video editing skills
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects) and Figma
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and product marketing principles
  • Excellent English – written and verbal
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both video and static creatives
