Marketing Automation Manager

We are seeking a talented & motivated Marketing Automation Manager to join our Growth Department. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and creative person who comes from a background of engagement and performance-oriented content.


Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on responsibility for implementing and monitoring email marketing campaigns, seeking to maximize performance KPIs, improving conversion and retention rates
  • Define the technical and creative requirements for marketing campaigns, including software setup, domain reputation, warm-up, and integrations
  • Manage and own all aspects of the CRM execution, including email marketing, push, in-app, SMS, and surveys
  • Work closely with content writers, designers, product, and business departments to build campaign strategies and execute them accordingly
  • Optimize campaign workflows, alerts, sequences, A/B, etc

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hands-on email marketing and CRM
  • Good HTML technical skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate well with team members and stakeholders
  • Very organized and well-structured individual (attention to detail is a must)
  • Previous experience in analyzing data with the ability to turn this data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • English at a high professional level - a must
  • Previous experience with Salesforce - a must
