Performance Manager

We are seeking a Performance Manager to join our Fintech unit. The Performance Manager Oversees a specific vertical or a set of verticals and is responsible for running operations, ensuring site health, assisting, and monitoring site P&L, providing analysis on-site metrics and liaising with internal functions (customer acquisition, product, content, sales, and others) to achieve strategic goals and address tactical needs.

Responsibilities

Liaise with all vertical stakeholders and consolidate all vertical-specific operations - from site management to product deliverables through to partner requests.
Track and analyze site KPIs, address any issues until full resolution.
Monitor site optimization efforts across all departments, including content tests, product tests and new product features, data streaming.
Hands-on analysis to monitor site performance.
Initiate and lead various projects at the site level.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative or a business field
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience and a strong will to work cross-functionally with other departments in a fast-paced environment.
Multitasker, knows how to prioritize, ability to go from fine attention to detail to looking at the big picture.
Experience working with Excel and MS office.
Spoken and written English proficiency.
Experience working with a data visualization tool (Tableau) - an advantage.
Experience leading projects/processes -advantage.
