Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our growing Technical Support team and be a part of our R&D department.

Responsibilities:

  • Tier 2-3 technical support - E2E ownership on technical support tickets - research, reproduce, troubleshoot, and solve highly challenging technical issues.
  • Manage production incidents on our websites and internal infrastructure - identify issues’ severity and impact from a technical and business aspect , own issues till resolution and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours, holiday, weekend support coverage.
  • Create code samples, tutorials, and articles for the NI Knowledge Base.
  • Reporting - provide company stakeholders with periodic performance insights reports.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years practical experience handling complex technical issues in customer facing roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL scripting (RedShift, Mysql,Athena, MongoDB).
  • Strong ability to take ownership from the initial report and follow through until full resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge in web: HTML, CSS,JS etc.
  • Basic knowledge of IT / Unix/Linux systems /Utilities.
  • Familiar with Google Adwords/Analytics/Webmaster tools - an advantage.
  • Experience with Monitoring/logging tools (Such as logz.io, NewRelic, Grafana) - advantage.
  • Experience with ETL and BI tools such as Tableau - advantage.
  • Proven record of working in a highly pressured multi-tasking environment and working independently.
