Operations Team Leader

If this sounds like you, you may be our next People Operations Manager. This is an on-site full-time position, 09:00-18:00 daily, at our buzzing offices in Tel Aviv.

What you bring to this role

  • Managerial experience in a similar role, preferably in the hi-tech industry 
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and multitasking abilities 
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment 
  • Independence and good problem-solving skills
  • High energy and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Conversational skills in both Hebrew and English

Requirements

  • Manage the office operations team that is responsible for the front desk, guest services, employee services and office facilities
  • Manage the cleaning and facilities maintenance staff and operations 
  • Plan and implement operational processes and monitor execution, attuned to employee's and guests wellbeing and comfort 
  • Be responsible for the seamless functionality of office facilities on an ongoing basis
  • Daily interact and collaborate with the office building's management, sub-lessors and outsource vendors 
  • Manage the operational support in employee events, forums and meetups, in-office visits and offsite events
