A natural storyteller, you have the right mix of creativity, integrated marketing and project management skills to weave our message and bring it out to the world. Your abilities to ideate and execute will position Natural Intelligence as one of Israel's most attractive tech employers. 

You love devising strategic experiences and have a knack for crafting spot-on communications collateral. Thanks to your PR abilities, your work will translate into effective and innovative media coverage. You will support the ongoing communication with the company's investors, your efforts will serve to attract top talent to the company and infuse existing staff with a sense of pride and connection. 

You live and breathe social media and understand the intricacies of every channel. You're comfortable managing all of NI's existing online channels - the company's website, Medium channel, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages. You keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends, so you'll be the first to get the company active on up-and-coming platforms should they support employer brand strategy. 

You're an innovative marketer who can do more with less. You are a team player and excellent communicator, so you will seamlessly collaborate with internal stakeholders - management members at all levels, professionals, HR, designers, etc. 

You move quickly, you have high energy, and you're motivated by a fast-paced environment.  

What you'll do

  • Manage the company's PR efforts - ideating, innovating and collaborating with external vendors add suppliers to get positive media coverage. 
  • Manage the communication between the management and the company's investors - support the release of information, updates and documentation. 
  • Manage Internal and external branding efforts, increasing brand awareness in the industry
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to craft content, develop thought leadership materials, amplify news and express NI's brand spirit. 
  • Develop and execute employer brand communications strategy, informed by brand values, business goals and strategy.
  • Create a portfolio of employer brand communication content (ads, videos, graphics, etc.) that bring our employer brand to life
  • Initiate online and offline events and experiences, such as webinars, meetups and themed events, and execute related deliverables to promote the story and message on relevant platforms.
  • Write, coordinate and post timely updates to NI's website and social media pages. 
  • Create textual, graphical and video content to support marketing activities on social channels to increase online engagement, followers and subscribers.
  • Monitor Glassdoor channel, engage reviewers and provide reports to HR leaders. Responsible for analyzing data and devising solutions/creative ways to address
  • Track and measure success and report the business impact of key efforts.

 

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in employer brand marketing roles, creating strategy and hands-on execution of PR, IR, marketing campaigns and social media activity.
  • Excellent communications and writing skills in Hebrew and English
  • Understanding of data to track and optimize marketing campaigns and online engagement. 
  • Project management skills and the ability to independently lead and execute projects with multiple stakeholders 
  • Creativity and passion for storytelling. 
  • Team spirit and excellent collaboration skills
