We’re seeking a visionary marketing leader to spearhead the strategy and execution of our B2B Marketing & Brand initiatives.

As Head of B2B Marketing & Brand Strategy, you'll be pivotal in shaping our brand narrative, strengthening our market position, and driving sustainable business growth.

You will lead a high-performing marketing team, collaborate with freelancers and agencies, and work closely with C-suite executives to align marketing efforts with business priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

B2B Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing creative team hands-on, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of a new company website to strengthen our brand and improve user experience.
  • Align marketing strategies with business goals, ensuring measurable growth in brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Oversee global B2B campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn, and collaborate with sales to optimize lead funnel and conversion strategies.
  • Develop sales enablement content and materials to support business development and drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.

Employer Branding & Communications Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the company’s reputation through executive thought leadership, employer branding initiatives, meetups and industry events.
  • Oversee high-impact content initiatives, including the “Executive State of Mind” podcast, industry reports, and strategic PR.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality execution and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in B2B and brand marketing, ideally in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in content, creative, and campaign management
  • Strong creative thinking and deep understanding of the customer journey.
  • Expertise in storytelling and building compelling brand narratives.
  • A data-driven approach to combining creativity with measurable business outcomes.
