We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the marketing plan and activities for both B2C & B2B, from idea through execution to post analysis, by utilizing the available channels and initiating new ones to improve awareness, conversion, and retention performance.
  • Manage and own all aspects of the CRM execution, including email marketing, push, in-app, SMS, and surveys.
  • Lead the entire customer journey end to end from first exposure and into life cycle (design, development, QA, deployment, data analysis), while constantly optimizing, testing, and developing ways to improve it.
  • Work hands-on software set up, domain reputation & warm-up, integrations.
  • 0ptimizing marketing automation efforts – workflows, alerts, sequences, A/B, etc. 
  • Track best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on email marketing and CRM.
  • Experience with HTML, responsive design, and email marketing best practices
  • 1+ years relevant work experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing
  • Experience in setting up automated marketing communications and audience segmentation
  • Familiarity with marketing analysis, working with large sets of data and numbers
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Fintech – an advantage
  • Experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data – an advantage
  • SEM & PPC experience – an advantage
  • Full working proficiency in English – a must
