Online Content Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and experienced Content Manager for Natural Intelligence’s Top10.com Business Unit, a fast-growing group within the company. With millions of visitors, our comparison sites help people make simplified, smart, and confident buying decisions. The ideal candidate works well in a team, is able to juggle a heavy workload with grace - and above all, isn’t just an excellent writer, but also an analytical thinker. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the ongoing upkeep of comparison sites’ content
  • Write excellent UX-copy and website content that taps into user needs
  • Ensure proofed, clean, accurate information, on an ongoing basis
  • Edit long-form content provided by a team of writers and freelancers
  • Track and follow user-behavior and content metrics to identify optimization opportunities 
  • Ideate, launch, track, and iterate content A/B tests to boost site performance
  • Collaborate and communicate with business stakeholders (Business Development, Product, Marketing, and others.)

Requirements

  • Native English speakers only 
  • 2+ years of experience working in Content Marketing and/or editing 
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment 
  • Ability to seamlessly work in a team with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with online content KPIs
  • Experience working with a CMS
  • Experience managing content A/B tests is an advantage
  • Experience optimizing online content based on data is an advantage
  • An eye for a good online/funnel experience
