Gaming bizdev Team Leader

The ideal candidate will possess both a business and managerial background and experience that enables them to drive engagement, and effectively motivate internal counterparts and business partners.

You will manage a team of account managers and will take part in meetings, calls and hands on portfolio 

They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and bias for action is a must.

Requirements

  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and uncover and translate needs into business opportunities
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and account management in an internet/online company, preferably vis-à-vis large customer portfolios, 1-2 years of experience in managing sales teams
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to discuss figures and stats in an enjoyable manner.
  • Motivated by individual and team achievement as well as able to operate under minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A can-do approach and a strong desire to grow your career in sales
  • Fluent English – Mandatory (read/write/speak)

Experience in the gambling industry - strong advantage

Deep familiarity with sports- football, horse racing, boxing, etc. - strong advantage
