We are seeking a highly motivated, Account and Business Development Team Leader to join our business group.

Responsibilities: 

  • Directly manage and mentor a team of BD managers
  • Research, pursue, and develop new business relationships. 
  • Manage an eight-digit annual invoiced revenue portfolio. 
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients including commercial, legal, financial and marketing aspects. 
  • Negotiate commercial terms while utilizing analytical data. 
  • Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities. 

 

Requirements

  • Native English speaker 
  • 3-5 years of managerial experience in Business Development or Account management 
  • Experience in online performance marketing – must
  • Excellent relationship building skills 
  • Experience in managing large customer portfolios 
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience working with C level managers
